I WANT TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN
If you wish to make an exchange or return, we remind you that it is necessary that the item is in perfect condition, including its packaging.

To process your request, we will need you to provide us with some details of the purchase and the reason for the exchange/return so that we can also evaluate your shopping experience.

Please note: Refunds or exchanges require you to return the product to our warehouse. After receiving the product, we will refund you or send you a new product.

PS: The shipping cost of the returned product must be borne by the customer.

Remember to do so within 30 days of receiving the order. Write us an email at support@formwe.com with your request, indicating your name and order number (starting with “#”) and we will reply within 24 to 48 business hours.

REFUNDS
We make refunds using the same payment method you used when placing your order. To do so, once the return has been received and reviewed, we will proceed with the refund. At that time, we will send you a confirmation email. The refund will be made within a maximum of 10 days.
